He has also lived and done extensive consultancy work in multiple countries, including USA, South/Central America and the Caribbean. Currently living in Atlanta, GA, he dedicates his free time to his wife and three children

Luis is an experienced business development and operations executive with over 40 years of experience in telecommunications in the US, Europe, and Latin America. Luis has worked for AT&T, BellSouth and new startup companies such as Telecarrier (today, Tigo Panama), VOIP Communications as well as BTS (International Long-Distance Wholesaler). Luis was the CEO of Digicel El Salvador, Digicel Panama, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Digicel Panama. Luis is pastdirector of the Panama Banking Regulatory Board and is currently director of the Securities and Exchange Board of Panama as well as the Insurance Regulatory Board. Luis resides in Panama City Panama.
